General Pest Control Services can be scheduled in these intervals:

One Time Treatment

Interior &/or Exterior Treatments for the control of pest(s) on site.  

30 day warranty included after each treatment.

Quarterly Treatments 

Scheduled every 3 months.  

Interior &/or Exterior Treatments for the control of pest(s) on site.  

30 day warranty included after each treatment.  

1 Year contract required and renews annually.

Monthly Treatments 

Scheduled every 4 weeks.  

Interior &/or Exterior Treatments for the control of pest(s) on site.  

Billed Quarterly (every 3 months).  

1 Year Contract rrequired and renews annually.  

Additional visits (after 30 days) - No charge.

Rodent Control Services:

Live Trapping by use of Mechanical Snap traps &/or Glueboards. 

Installation and then Monitoring of Exterior Rodent Bait Stations.  

Scheduled every 4 weeks. 

Billed Quarterly (every 3 months).

1 Year Contract required and renews annually.

Drywood Termite Spot Treatment:

Localized treatment to areas where signs of live drywood termite activity is found.

No Warranty.
